Katherine Jean Bolduan, also called her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist. Her most well-known role is the anchor for the CNN morning program At This Hour. Earlier she co-anchored the CNN on weekdays mornings New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a part of the award-winning coverage by CNN of the presidential election 2012 and 2016. Bolduan also worked as a correspondent for Congress based at Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan is member of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on legislative cycles and congress activities, including talks to increase the federal loan limit as well as the Super Committee's deliberations.
