By the time he was in highschool, he knew that he wanted to become an actor. He enrolled in college for three weeks. "Things didn't really turn out for me, and it didn't work out for them and they decided decide to split up." He moved to New York, where he went to Circle in the Square Theatre School. The actors once again joined forces to create The Last Word. In the film they played their on-screen love interest. The film, written by Stuart Fink and directed by Mark Pellington, also starred Broadway iconic Shirley MacLaine. Sadoski's ex-wife Hope had just divorced him and Seyfried had split from Long in September.
