Christina Applegate

ChristinaChristina Applegate, born November 25, 1971 is an American actress. As a child actress , she was known for her character of Kelly Bundy on Fox's sitcom Married... with Children (1987-1997). Applegate enjoyed a successful career in television and film. Applegate won the Primetime Emmy Award for seven nominations, as well as four Golden Globe Awards nominations and an Tony Award. Applegate appeared in her role as the main character on the NBC sitcom Jesse (1998-2000) and for which she was nominated to win the Golden Globe Award. For her role as a guest on the NBC sitcom Friends the show, she won a Primetime Emmy Award. She received a nomination from the Tony Award for Best Actress In a Musical for her role in Sweet Charity (2005). Samantha Who? was her next ABC sitcom. (2007-2009), for which she earned two Primetime Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award nominations. She also appeared in the NBC sitcom Up All Night (2011-2012) as well as the Netflix dark tragicomedy series Dead to Me (2019-2022) and earned her three Primetime Emmy Award nominations and one Golden Globe Award nomination.Applegate has also played major roles in numerous films, such as Don't Tell Mom that the Babysitter's Dead (1991), The Big Hit (1998), The Sweetest Thing (2002), Grand Theft Parsons (2003), Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004), Hall Pass (2011), Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013), Vacation (2015), Bad Moms (2016) and Crash Pad (2017).
